1. Kal-gooksoo
2. Kong-gooksoo
3. Spicy Pork
And you're set. The steamed dumplings are a nice appetizer, but it's not necessary. White Kimchi is really good as well. Always ask for extra -- even for the main dishes! Extra for the noodles does come at a price, but it's definitely worth it.
Update: I do admit, the quality of this restaurant has been deteriorating a bit :( -

Their food are so good! Great portion and their simple side dish such as kimchi is great for their noodle!
The fact that all noodles are refillable are another plus!!! -

· PROS ·
+ Large restaurant with lots of tables/space
+ Plenty of parking
+ Delicious kalgooksoo. You can even order extra noodles.
· CONS ·
- During our visit, our server messed up our mandoo order. She acknowledged the error, and we ended up just eating the dish we didn't order because we didn't want to wait. -

Great noodles and freshly made kimchi. I went with 1 yr old baby and they made sure we were comfortable. Kids up to kindergarten eat free noodles.

The best Korean noodles you can get in this area. I say that with 3 stars because a lot has changed at this restaurant. I think management changed, and their menu is outdated.
My most recent visit was a bit disappointing. They did not have the dishes we wanted to order. Either it was all out or they no longer serve it. It was pretty sad for me.
I got the skates bimbimguksoo, which isn't so bad. They definitely are big portions, so if you ask for extra, you better have a big enough stomach to fit all those noodles in you.
It's often hard to come by and find good Korean noodle restaurant, especially in the OC area. However, since I live too far away from K Town to get my noodle fix often, this place will have to do. Please update your menu! It's misleading and disappointing!
